TO SANTIAGO FOR DEAFBLINDNESS 2020
“EL CAMINO” FOR DE DEAFBLIND
The “Camino de Santiago” is the journey wich the pilgrims have traveled during a hundred years to arrive at Santiago de Compostela city, where the relics of the apostle “Santiago el Mayor” lie. The pilgrims do the route by different reasons: for devotion, desire to knowledge or by adventure.
The route of will be from 21 to 27 of June of 2020 and the target is to give visibility to deafblindness. It is an invitation for the deafblind people and their mediators, but also to family, volunteers and, in general to the linked community at the deafblindness. There are two options to realize the route: in an adapted bicycle or walking.

February 25, 2016 - This white and red cane represents people with deafblindness. It has red bands on the white material, in order to differentiate it from the classic cane for blind people.
